Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, supporting sales efforts, maintaining detailed customer records in our ERP and CRM systems, and staying well-versed in our extensive product catalog. Your role is vital in not just addressing customer needs but also in shaping our ongoing commitment to excellence at our company!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a memorable and satisfactory manner
- Efficiently handle inquiries and support needs from both wholesale and retail customers. Help take orders
- Process customer orders and provide assistance over the phone, and occasionally support our sales team with outbound calling activities
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, and warehouse teams to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Maintain expert knowledge of our product catalog and stay updated on new product developments.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and advocate for process improvements
- Represent our brand at major trade shows (Dallas, Las Vegas and High Point), providing in-person assistance to customers
- Work alongside Account Managers to prepare customer quotations and communications
- Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support our team’s success
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role can substitute for degree requirement
